Elliott Environmental Services Ltd is a relatively new company having being formed in 2003, each year since, the company has seen growth and now employs 20 staff comprising of an in house design, estimating and management team with the remainder being on site fitters and service engineers. The Company holds £10m Employment Liability, £5m Public Liability and £2m Professional Indemnity Insurances.
Within house we are able to provide a complete design and build project from the initial client meeting to hand over. We are able to take the clients requirements and calculate the amount of heating, cooling and ventilation required, we will then design a system that will fit into the building; this preliminary system design will then be tailored to suit the aesthetic requirements and budget of the individual client. During the design process we establish any special acoustic or visual implications the installed plant may have on the surrounding environment and can provide full planning drawings and information required. Once the preliminary design and works programme have been finalised we can then provide a detailed quotation for our elements of the work, this will then be forwarded to either the client or the main contractor if applicable.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to provide all the aspects of an M&E installation, for services required that we do not offer ourselves, we partner other specialist companies who we can rely on to complete the package.
Apart from the aforementioned design and build projects we are happy to provide quotations based on consultant designed projects comprising of a tender specification and drawings.
We are committed to complying with all current health and safety regulations and familiar with providing all project specific health and safety method and risk assessments required for the work undertaken. All our site staff are registered with the and are PASMA and IPATH certified. We are a '' approved company.
As well as health and safety training our on site staff hold relevant qualifications in their expected fields and are continually undergoing new product training to keep up with the latest HVAC systems. The company is registered with, and the Institution of Plumbing.
We are proud to be recognised as a 'D1' approved installer with Daikin and a 'Business Solutions Partner' with Mitsubishi, this gives us confidence in specifying there products and also the opportunity to provide clients with up to a 5 year warranty.
